Stichting Digitaal Samenwerken Tweewielerbranche (hereinafter: DST), located at Europaplein 6, 1078 GZ in Amsterdam, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

What data does DST collect?
There are three possibilities; in all three cases, it concerns data that you provide to us yourself:

1. You have signed up for our periodic e-newsletters:
To send these, we only need your email address. To send the emails in the correct language (NL or EN), we ask you for your language preference when signing up.

2. You are interested in DST, for example by requesting information, a quote, a support question, or for something else. For this purpose, we may ask you for the following details in order to send you a suitable proposal or advice:
- First and last name
- Company name and position
- Gender
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address

- Brand of POS system and/or e-commerce system
- Your question or request to DST with a description of the context in which you are asking the question.

3. You have purchased services and received an invoice for them.
DST retains the following data to comply with the requirements set by the Tax and Customs Administration regarding invoices and records:
- First and last name
- Company name and position
- Gender
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address
- The copy of the invoice containing the services you purchased and the amount invoiced for them.

DST does not collect special and/or sensitive personal data and has no intention of collecting data about persons under the age of 16. We do not ask for age and cannot verify whether an applicant for e-newsletters or information is older than 16. DST does not make decisions based on automated processing.

Sub-processors
DST has concluded a data processing agreement with all its sub-processors.

How long does DST retain personal data?
1. Data of people who have signed up for digital newsletters:
Data of individuals who do not open emails for two years is periodically deleted. As soon as someone unsubscribes, all his or her data is retained for a maximum of two years.

2. Data of people who have requested a proposal or quotation:
We retain quotations with the associated data for five years. This allows us to easily assist companies that request the same service later. For returning customers, we also retain older quotations to maintain an overview of the services.

3. Data of customers who have received an invoice:
To comply with the requirements set by the tax authorities, we retain invoices and transaction data for a maximum of seven years.

Sharing personal data with third parties
DST does not provide (personal) data to third parties. With the exception of suppliers of computer programs or systems with whom we have a data processing agreement.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this via the unsubscribe button in every newsletter, via the contact form or by calling (+31)85 - 303 48 20. DST may ask you to prove your identity.

How do we protect personal data?
DST takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
